The biggest balanced cut we've done. 14 acres, 62k cubic yards moved without importing fill — which the geotech wasn't sure was possible when they handed us the soils report.

Civic plaza & utilities

Selective demo of the prior community center, 1,800 LF of utility installation through an active downtown block. We hit unmapped fiber on day 12 and ran four weeks over. The client was understanding; we ate the bore costs.

Directional bore plus open-cut, with DOT traffic control. Boring through glacial till slowed us down; we trenched what we could and bored only where we had to.
